Quick question for Pennsylvania Gun owners

What are the rules about you buying a high cap mag for a semi??

Specifically are you allowed a 17 or 33 round mags for Glocks?

Also, can only a state resident buy bullets and mags or is there cross honoring of permits??( I have a jersey permit)

Any help much appreciated.
